Key specs
- Pillow mist with lavender, chamomile and vetiver essential oils (brand)
- Spritz pillow and linen from 20–30 cm about 5 minutes before bed
- Adults; avoid eyes; may irritate people sensitive to fragrance
Our take: Our editor’s personal pick. The brand’s “fall asleep faster” figures come from its own survey compared with using no product, not a placebo-controlled trial. Research on lavender scent and sleep is modest, so think of this as a pleasant ritual, not a sleep aid.
